Products sold to customers at Shoot Beyond are personalised and therefore exempt from returns, exchanges or refunds, unless they are faulty or damaged. This does not affect your consumer rights. We aim to replace all faulty or damaged products within 14 days.
We strongly advise our customers to check the quality of their final products before signing our Collection Collection Agreement attached to your original internal order form. Once you have signed the agreement and left our premises, we will be unable to offer an exchange on faulty/damaged products.
